TMJ Dysfunction Support
Gentle, focused hands-on support for jaw tension, clenching, headaches, and related neck or facial discomfort. Sessions are tailored to help ease restriction, improve awareness, and to support more balanced jaw and whole-body function. May include intra-oral techniques, as needed.

Whatever you're looking for, this 90-minute initial session offers time for a complete intake. This gives me time to get to know your needs, your body, your history, and what brings you in – with space for assessment, conversation, talk about goals, and an introduction to the work.
Together, we’ll explore supportive strategies and create a plan that feels aligned with your needs.
*All new clients begin with a 90-minute Intro Session.

Scolio-Pilates®
Specialized scoliosis-specific movement sessions that utilize Pilates fundamentals and techniques to support your unique curve. Each session is tailored to your curve pattern and goals, with strategies for improved alignment, strength, and spinal awareness. (Virtual sessions also available.)
Hypermobility Sessions
Supportive movement sessions designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness for hypermobile bodies, individuals with hEDS or HSD. Learn how to move with more control, increased confidence, and less strain.
Postural Health Sessions
A movement-based approach that helps identify and shift patterns of posture, breathing, and alignment that may contribute to pain or imbalance. Sessions focus on restoring more efficient movement for enhanced whole-body support.
Private Pilates Sessions
One-on-one Pilates or CoreAlign® sessions tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Build strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and move with greater ease and precision. For athletes of every level or ability.
Teacher Training Mentorship*
Personalized mentorship for Pilates and movement professionals seeking guidance, confidence, and deeper understanding in their teaching practice. Sessions may include programming support, cueing strategies, client case discussions, and professional development.


Policies in Brief
All sessions are by appointment only.
Cancellations
Out of respect for the time and care involved for both practitioner and clients — and to ensure availability for others — cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged the full session fee.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals will receive the reamining time of their scheduled session. Full fees apply.
Gratuities
While your generosity is appreciated, gratuities are not accepted. Reviews and referrals are always the most appreciated way to support this practice.
