Instructor Education & Mentorship

For movement and allied healthcare professionals who want to work more clearly, confidently, and effectively with complex bodies.

Designed for Pilates instructors, movement educators and manual therapists who want better strategies, more effective language, and more confidence when working with scoliosis, hypermobility, chronic pain, and bodies that don’t respond well to standard cues.

Want to learn more?

You don't need to already specialize in complex bodies.

Curiosity and a willingness to think differently about movement are enough to start.

My Approach

My teaching is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real clinical experience. The goal is better decision-making – skills that translate across bodies, equipment, and teaching environments.

Education focuses on:

  • Understanding variability, asymmetry, and instability

  • Refining cueing to support clarity and safety

  • Recognizing when standard approaches don’t apply – and what to do instead

  • Working with bodies rather than correcting them

Education you can use immediately, not theory that lives on paper.
