Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for the time and care involved for both practitioner and clients — and to ensure availability for others — cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours' notice) or missed without notice may be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session to respect the schedule of following clients. Full session fees apply, as time cannot be extended.

Refund Policy

All prepaid sessions, gift certificates, and service packages will be honored. Refunds for unused services are not routinely provided and may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the practitioner's discretion. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not acceptted. Reviews and referrals are always the most appreciated way to support my practice.

Non-Discrimination Policy

This practice complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Services are provided with respect for the dignity, rights, and individuality of all clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. You're welcome to book directly. This work can be part of a broader care team, and many clients choose to coordinate with their healthcare providers.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing that allows you to stretch and move easily. Please avoid wearing jeans or jeans-like materials for movement or manual/massage therapy sessions.

Will this fix my chronic health condition?

This work is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure chronic health conditions. It is supportive in nature and works best alongside care from your licensed medical and healthcare providers.

What should I expect in my first session?

Whether it’s for movement or massage, your first visit begins with a conversation – about your body, your history, and what you’re hoping to feel more of. From there, sessions move gently into observing how your body organizes itself, testing what feels supportive, and identifying where to begin. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation that you already know what you need – we figure that out together.

I'm not sure where to start...?

That's completely okay. A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment — we can talk through what you're navigating and find the right starting point together.
